Cultural Resource Management (CRM) encompasses a range of practices that aim to preserve and communicate cultural assets, tangible or intangible. Identifying the essential pillars to support this mission, managing cultural resources can include, but not be limited to, the following key dimensions:

  • Legal aspects.

The diverse nature of the elements associated with CRM means, within the context of different geographic locations and cultures, as well as different stakeholders with often conflicting interests, can makes the actual management process highly complex and resource-costly.
