If a picture is worth a thousand words, it is no wonder that writers of antiquity have praised the Parthenon and the Acropolis of Athens so passionately. Although seeing the Acropolis in its original condition is impossible, the Museum of Reconstructions (California) now allows us to admire parts of the Athenian Acropolis complex in a virtual form.
